📋 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Support process development and scale-up activities for APIs and intermediates
🔹 Perform process optimization and technology transfer activities
🔹 Conduct process safety evaluations and risk assessments
🔹 Prepare and review process documents, SOPs and technical reports
🔹 Analyze process data and recommend improvements in yield, quality and productivity
🔹 Collaborate with Synthesis, Analytical and Pilot Plant teams
🔹 Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements
🔹 Participate in troubleshooting and continuous process improvement initiatives
