Job Overview
- Department: Production
- Qualifications: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc. Chemistry
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 years (Open to freshers and experienced candidates)
Key Responsibilities
- Follow standard documentation including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate manufacturing equipment like reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, pumps, and vacuum systems.
- Charge raw materials, solvents, and chemicals safely according to protocols.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, agitator speed (RPM), pH, reaction time, addition rate, and nitrogen flow.
- Carry out unit operations including chemical reactions, extractions, washing, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and solvent recovery.
- Maintain clean equipment and follow strict area clearance protocols.
