Role & responsibilities

1. Conducting day- to-day Experiments.
2. Raw materials /solvents procurement with batch numbers from ware house.
3. Raw materials/ solvents batch numbers must be entered in LNB.
4. Familiar on properties of solvents, raw materials and catalysts like boiling point, melting point, density, freezing point etc.
5. Familiar on MSDS.
6. Monitoring of the experiments with observations.
7. Calculation of moles & mole ratios.
8. Calculation of molar yield.
9. Wearing of safety goggles, gloves and shoes.
10. Periodically checking the Lab instruments for their maintenance.
11. The difficulties / problems arise during the experiment will be report to group leader.
12. Interaction with AR&D and stores departments for getting analysis results and raw materials in time.
13. Maintenance of glassware and Equipment.
14. Maintenance of lab clean and tidy.

Monitoring the Process validation batches as per cGMP

Experience on Solvent recovery and re use

Experience on Process time cycle reduction

Equipment mapping and suitability as per the process

Material and energy balance calculation
