We are looking for an experienced Safety Executive to join our team and drive strong EHS & Process Safety Management practices at the site.
Position:- Safety Executive
🎓 Qualification:-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Preference for candidates with API / Chemical Industry background
💼 Experience:- • 7+ years of relevant experience
🔑 Key Responsibilities:-
• Implement and maintain site Safety Management Systems
• Ensure compliance with statutory EHS requirements and applicable regulations
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions
• Coordinate closure of safety observations and CAPA
• Prepare monthly EHS reports and safety statistics
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation
• Participate in HAZOP, PHA, HIRA, JSA & PSSR activities
• Ensure compliance with process safety requirements for hazardous chemicals and manufacturing operations
• Manage and monitor MOC (Management of Change) procedures
• Conduct process safety audits, inspections and compliance assessments
• Participate in incident/accident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Support internal & external EHS audits including ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks and safety awareness programs
• Support Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities and mock drills
• Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and firefighting systems
👤 Looking for candidates with:-
✔️ Strong EHS & Process Safety knowledge
✔️ API / Chemical manufacturing experience
✔️ Hands-on experience in HAZOP, HIRA, PSM & MOC
✔️ Good knowledge of statutory compliance and safety audits
✔️ Strong incident investigation and risk assessment skills
