Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control (API):
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and GxP requirements
- Experience with HPLC/GC and Chromeleon software
- Calibration of instruments like Balances, pH, KF, and potentiometry
- Proficiency with LIMS and Caliber LIMS software applications
- Knowledge of data integrity and CGMP requirements
- Familiarity with laboratory investigations
Skills:
Proficiency in ALCOA++
Analysis and reporting of stability/finished products and in-process samples
Handling instruments like HPLC, Dissolution, KF, UV, FTIR
Experience with tablets, capsules, suspension
Maintain and update SAP/LIMS entries
Calibration of instruments/equipment
Experience in QAMS, Laboratory Incident/OOS/OOT management
Management of stability samples and chamber
Review/check documents against specifications and test method
