Overseeing end-to-end training processes & act as Training SME for the department. Hands of working experience in handling of SABA training application. Preparing TNI (Training Need Identification) for new joiners & draft Job Description aligned with departmental role & responsibilities. Handling of QAMS & Documentation. Knowledge of shopfloor process of Production area. Knowledge of SAP application related to Production.

Responsible for operating & troubleshooting of Bottle Packing Line of following primary machines. Countec Make machines of primary bottle packing area (e.g. machines like Counting Machine, Rotary capping Machine, Silica Inserter m/c, Stabilox inserter, Checkweigher & Metal Detector etc. Performing challenge tests & in-process of primary bottle packing line, Good knowledge of cGMP & GDP.
Production (Derma / Nasal)

Operate the Filling activity for Nasal / Topical Formulation. Knowledge of filling equipment like Derma / Nasal filling machine i.e. Bottle filling and capping machine (Make: PKB), Sofbag filling machine (Make: Marchesini), Tube Filling Machine (Make: NORDEN and IMA-PG)

Supervise the Manufacturing, Filling activity for Derma & Nasal Formulation. Knowledge on filling equipment’s like Master plant 1000kg (make: ADAM) Filling machine i.e. Bottle filling and capping machine (Make: PKB), Sofbag filling machine (Make: Marchesini), Tube Filling Machine (Make: NORDEN and IMA-PG), Nasal filling machine (Make: DARA). Oversee the Manufacturing and filling process of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
