💼 Open Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Quality Control – Jr. Officer / Officer
- Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in Pharma
Core Skills Required:
- Handling analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, UPLC, ICP-MS, TGA, and XRD
- Wet Lab, KF, Auto Titrator, UV, and IR
- QC shop floor exposure for API plants inspected by USFDA/MHRA/TGA
- Amino acids/polypeptides analysis
- Using LIMS software for sample tracking and reporting
2. Production (GMP Co-ordinator) – Officer / Executive
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in Pharma
Core Skills Required:
- GMP Coordination and production documentation
- Quality Assurance Management Systems (drafting change control, deviation, reprocessing)
- Regulatory and customer audit preparation
- BPR, BCR, QRM, and Qualification-Validation document preparation [1, 2]
3. Production – Jr. Officer / Officer
- Education: B.Sc., Diploma, or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in Pharma
Core Skills Required:
- Unit operation and unit process knowledge
- cGMP, basic GMP, safety protocols, and computer literacy
- Handling API production shifts and automation systems (SCADA, HMI, Data logger, Caliber)
- API/Bulk Drug plant experience with Process Safety implementation
