Career Progression:
· Selected students will be inducted as Interns at our Centre of Excellence (COE Sarigam, Baddi, Indore & Sikkim for a period of 3 months. A stipend will be paid during this internship.
· Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be offered a full-time position at one of our manufacturing units, based on available openings.
· A 3-year service agreement will apply upon final placement at our manufacturing units.
