- Position: Production Chemist – Executive
- Department: Production
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Job Location: Achutapuram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
- Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)
- Reporting To: Production Manager / Production In-Charge
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Execute API and intermediate manufacturing activities according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate production equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, filters, and dryers.
- Monitor process parameters closely and maintain accurate production records.
- Strictly follow regulatory guidelines such as cGMP, GDP, EHS, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with other key departments, including QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
- Support troubleshooting, investigations, and continuous process improvements.
👤 Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in API, intermediate, or chemical manufacturing (experience in API/Intermediate manufacturing is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fundamental chemical processes, including chemical reactions, filtration, drying, and crystallization.
- Prior experience dealing with cGMP, BMRs, GDP, EHS, and standard SOPs.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically MS Word and MS Excel.
- High willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night duties.
