🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform API synthesis and laboratory experiments.
- Support process development, optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Conduct reactions, work-up, purification, and characterization.
- Maintain laboratory records and project documentation.
- Follow GMP, GLP, SOPs, and laboratory safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Analytical and R&D teams.
🎯 Preferred Profile
Candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API R&D / Synthesis are preferred.
