Research Associate / Executive – R&D Synthesis
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry
Salary: ₹3.00 – ₹4.00 LPA
Work Location: Mahad, Maharashtra
Gender: Male Candidates Only

🔬 Key Responsibilities

• Perform API synthesis and laboratory experiments.
• Support process development, optimization, and scale-up activities.
• Conduct reactions, work-up, purification, and characterization.
• Maintain laboratory records and project documentation.
• Follow GMP, GLP, SOPs, and laboratory safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Analytical and R&D teams.

🎯 Preferred Profile

Candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API R&D / Synthesis are preferred.
