We have an opening in both Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department.

• Quality Control: 05 positions,
• Quality Assurance: 05 positions
• Trainee To Senior Chemist/ Executive

Required Experience: Fresher (Min: Science Graduate) to 4 Years.

Quality Control JD:

1. Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, safety policies.
2. Perform analysis and documentation of raw samples and finished samples.
3. Knowledge on initiation of change controls, laboratory incidents, OOT and OOS.
4. Preparation of testing procedures, stability protocols and SOPs.
   (Computer knowledge required).
5. Calibration and operation of analytical instruments
   (Balance, pH Meter, KFR, HPLC, GC)
6. Preparation of raw materials, in-process materials and intermediate certificate of analysis.
7. Ready to work in shift-wise duties.

Quality Assurance JD:

• 1. Control of necessary documents like SOPs, BPCRs, formats.
• 2. Issue, distribution and retention of documents (SOPs, Formats, etc).
• 3. Issue and Retrieval of BPCRs to Production department and Review of Executed BPCRs.
• 4. Issue and Retrieval of Analytical Records and Review of executed analytical records.
• 5. Responsible for IPQA activities (Plant rounding, Review of online documentation, etc)
• 6. Review of all the documents Viz SOPs, BPCRs, Formats, Records, specifications & MOAs, Validation Protocols & Reports and monitoring of validation batches execution and collection process & cleaning validation batches data from the concerned departments.
• 7. Responsible for preparation & compilation of APQR ensuring proper review of concerned documents.
• 8. Responsible for the product Dispatches and Analytical data review (IP, IT, RMs)
• 9. Supporting for the Engineering Document preparation.
