WALK IN INTERVIEW For Production / Packing Department
Designation:
- Production – Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive
- Packing – Asst. Manager / Manager
Desirable Profile Production Department:
• Experience in handling production equipment such as Neocota 60, Sejong 48, and compression machines (Cadmach 35/45 stations).
• Should have hands on experience in handling Production equipment’s such as RMG-700L, FBD-200kg, Co-mill, Russell Sifter, OGB.
• Familiarity with QAMS/DMS systems.
• Hands-on experience in facing regulatory inspections.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Desirable Profile Packing Department:
• Achieve packing targets as per the approved packing schedule.
• Ensure all secondary packing activities are carried out effectively and on time.
• Handle and maintain all operating documents accurately.
• Monitor and control yield and rejection levels to minimize losses.
• Maintain all packing-related records and documentation as per procedures.
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of packing machine spares.
• Implement and follow current GMP practices in all packing operations.
• Ensure timely product release while maintaining product safety and quality.
• Resolve production and quality issues by following applicable QAPs within the defined timeline.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Excellent communication skills.
Qualification : B. Pharm., M. Pharm.
Experience : Production 3 to 5 yrs. & Packing: 8 to 10 yrs.
