Job Description
We are hiring Production Officers with hands-on experience in granulation operations for wet and dry formulations. The role involves operating key granulation equipment and ensuring smooth production activities as per GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and operate RMG, FBD, FBP, Octagonal Blender, DC Blender.
- Execute wet and dry granulation processes as per BMR/SOPs.
- Ensure line clearance, hygiene & safety compliance.
- Maintain production documentation and perform IPC checks.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance & Warehouse for production continuity.
- Maintain equipment cleaning & preventive maintenance records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma (Pharmacy or related field)
- Experience: 1-2 years in Pharma solid dosage manufacturing (Granulation preferred)
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, safety practices
