Key Job Responsibilities
- Performing peptide testing, mapping, sequence confirmation, assay, RS, dissolution, and forced degradation studies.
- Developing peptide analytical strategies for product development and lifecycle management.
- Ensuring laboratory compliance with US and EU peptide guidelines.
- Interpreting high-level analytical data including LC-MS/MS and HRMS for structural analysis.
- Developing and validating nitrosamine testing methods using LC-MS/MS or GC-MS/MS.
- Conducting extractables and leachables (E&L) assessments for pharmaceutical packaging.
