Job Overview
- Department: Production – Packing
- Experience Required: 1 – 7 Years (Pharma formulation)
- Location: Haridwar Plant (SIDCUL, Uttarakhand, India)
- Education Requirement: B.Pharm / Any Graduate (Preferred)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily packing operations following BMRs and packing protocols.
- Conduct line clearance, equipment cleaning, and product changeovers according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor packing material supply, availability, and reconciliation.
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, quality benchmarks, and accurate documentation.
- Provide leadership to the plant floor team to hit daily targets with zero errors.
- Desired Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of cGMP, BMR/BPR, and standard pharmaceutical documentation.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team handling capabilities.
