Job Overview

• Department: Production – Packing
• Experience Required: 1 – 7 Years (Pharma formulation)
• Location: Haridwar Plant (SIDCUL, Uttarakhand, India)
• Education Requirement: B.Pharm / Any Graduate (Preferred)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily packing operations following BMRs and packing protocols.
• Conduct line clearance, equipment cleaning, and product changeovers according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor packing material supply, availability, and reconciliation.
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, quality benchmarks, and accurate documentation.
• Provide leadership to the plant floor team to hit daily targets with zero errors.
• Desired Qualifications
• Practical knowledge of cGMP, BMR/BPR, and standard pharmaceutical documentation.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team handling capabilities.
