Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Quality Induction program for new hires.
Develop and manage the annual SGMP Training Calendar.
Review and approve Master Training Matrix and role-specific training schedules across sites.
Lead LMS integration activities with relevant GxP applications.
Assess course packages for new/revised SOPs and structure LMS training items accordingly.
Create SCORM-format training content/material for SGMP and SOJT training.
Conduct training sessions on ‘Training methodologies’ and LMS functionalities for DTC/STC as needed.
