We are looking for candidates who have experience into process development & Scale up activities into API with MSc Organic Chemistry
Department: DMPK
Qualification: M Pharm/Ph D
Experience range: 2- 8 yrs
Hiring for Multiple roles under DMPK as per below roles
- In Vivo PK, Phoenix WinNonlin, client communication, QC in ADME and PK
- Modeling and simulation: PK-PD, PB-PK, Gastroplus, Simcyp, PK-SIM, R etc.
- Transporters and hepatocytes research: uptake and inhibition assays, stably transfected cell lines.
- Physicochemical properties: Solubility, LogD, PPB etc
- Metabolism: Microsomes, Hepatocytes stability, CYP inhibition
- Cell culture: permeability- MDCK, caco2 etc. IND-enabling studies
- In Vitro ADME and PK sciences and holistic DMPK experience to drive Integrated drug discovery programs
