1. Invitro ADME 

• Experience in the cell culture, hepatocytes and enzymology is preferred
• This position requires experience in writing the scripts on liquid handlers and customize the assays based on the requirement
• Designing of hepatocytes stability and induction studies and execution, coordination with cross functional teams (bioanalytical and Biology groups) to generate ADME end points
• Hands on experience or able to conduct CYP450 inhibition studies using hepatocytes.

2. Organoid Technology- DMPK and Toxicology

• Contribute to daily cell culture activities and maintain the 3D cell culture plates
• Perform ADME-relevant gene expression studies for the transporters and metabolic enzymes
• Perform immunofluorescence, cell viability, and ELISA-based assays for 3D liver systems.
• Propose creative solutions and generate new ideas for developing and optimizing novel CIVMs-based assays in DMPK.
• Keep track of the latest advancements in CIVMs, drug discovery, ADME, and biology, by going through existing literature.
• Generate high-quality results for peer-reviewed research articles, conference presentations, whitepapers, and posters to disseminate the information related to new validated assays in DMPK.

3. Invitro Toxicology

• Trouble shooting In vitro toxicology and develop new methodologies to predict target organ toxicology
• Design, plan and execution of In Vitro Toxicology studies 
• Preparation of high quality SOP and study reports 
• Coordinate with Head of Toxicology, clients, other discovery department and BD team for smooth execution of projects
• Hands on experience in conducting variety of AMES assays (full, mini, fluctuation), micronucleus (In Vitro and In Vivo) and chromosomal aberration (In Vitro and In Vivo)

4. Invitro Safety pharmacology

• Conduct Gene expression studies, Gene cloning, gene capturing and generating vectors cloned with gene of interest. Candidate should be very well experienced in all molecular biology techniques gene cloning, RT-PCR, Western blotting etc. 
• Candidate should have experience on working with invitro radioligand binding assays. Candidate should be well equipped in handling radio-isotopes and safety measurements while working in radioisotope lab. 
• Cell culture expertise will be an added advantage. 
• Operation and maintenance of laboratory equipments.  
• Prepare and upload study reports ( spread sheet and structured word reports) into databases.
