Execute production batches as per plan.
Preferable from API Bulk drugs Industry.
Must have Experience in USFDA approved site.
Following relevant SOPs.
Verification of cleaning area / equipment and completion of Logs.
To comply with cGMP standard during the entire manufacturing activity.
Concurrent completion of batch process records.
To maintain the manufacturing facility as per the regulatory norms.
To comply with EHS standards.

1) Quality Assurance – Bidar
QA / IPQA / AQA in USFDA approved API facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Good understating of QMS activity.
- Thorough knowledge of Process validation study and Equipment Qualification.
- Expertise in Risk assessment.
- Knowledge of production system and Validations
- Expertise in computer systems qualification and review.
- Senior level person with thorough knowledge of Investigations.
2) Quality Control – Bidar
GC / HPLC / Wet analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record the Temperature and % Relative Humidity in the Laboratory.
- Responsible to perform the HPLC analysis of Raw material, in-process/cleaning, intermediate, finished product and stability samples as per the work allotment.
- Check the Calibration, Preventive maintenance and status tag of the instruments prior to use.
- Operate and calibrate the instruments as per SOP.
