Are you passionate about organizing impactful global events and creating engaging brand experiences? Join Sai Life Sciences as a Senior Executive – Events & MarCom and play a key role in supporting domestic and international events while enabling marketing communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support planning and execution of domestic & international events
✅ Coordinate event logistics from registrations to event branding to vendor co-ordination.
✅ Work closely with Business Development, Brand Team, Legal, Finance, Procurement and external vendors
✅ Assist in event branding, marketing collateral development, and signage deployment
✅ Track budgets, timelines, approvals, invoices, and vendor deliverables
✅ Capture post-event feedback and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• 2-5 years of experience in Global Events, Marketing Communications or Event Coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and execution excellence
