Recently, Salman Khan claimed that they belonged to Lawrence Bishnoi and immediately announced that they were paid Rs 10,000. The WhatsApp number of the Mumbai traffic helpline received a message that if he did not pay Rs 5 crore, he would be killed. The threatening message targeted Salman Khan and a lyricist. The lyricist who wrote the song ‘Main Sikandar Hoon’ was threatened with death. He also warned salman khan of dire consequences if anyone helps him. He warned that Salman Khan could use his influence to protect the lyricist and warned him that if he did so, he would be at a loss.
Police on alert
Following the standard protocol, the traffic control room alerted senior police officers after receiving the message that Salman Khan would be killed, following which a case was registered at worli police station. A police officer said they have started tracing the accused with the help of the number they have. Police have already arrested Bhika Ram Bishnoi in Karnataka for making such threats. Salman Khan was demanded by Bhika Ram Bishnoi for Rs 5 crore. Salman Khan insisted on an apology at the Bishnoi community temple or paying the amount by November 5.
Many threats in the past
Salman Khan has received several such threats in the past as well. Earlier, the police had arrested an unemployed Bandra resident for allegedly demanding Rs 2 crore from Salman Khan and NCP leader Zeeshan Siddiqui. In another incident, a vegetable vendor from Jamshedpur was taken into custody. “Don’t take it lightly. If Salman Khan wants to survive and wants to end his rivalry with Lawrence Bishnoi, he will have to pay Rs 5 crore. If the money is not given, the condition of Salman Khan (Salman Khan) will be worse than that of Baba Siddique,” the vegetable vendor said in a message. This April, members of the suspected Lawrence Bishnoi gang opened fire outside Khan’s Bandra residence after around 15 people kept an eye on his travel routes between his Panvel farmhouse and other properties.
