Key Requirements

- Core Responsibilities: Handling patentability and freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches, patent drafting/filing (India, PCT, and abroad), and patent prosecutions for chemical matter, drug discovery, formulations, and polymorphs.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, and executing claim amendments across major global jurisdictions.
- Qualifications: 10 to 12 years of experience along with a Masters in Chemistry. A diploma in patent law is preferred.
