Softgel Healthcare is strengthening its Quality Assurance team as part of our major expansion in Softgel manufacturing. We are recruiting passionate and committed QA professionals for both our current Unit-1 facility and our upcoming Unit-2 facility, which will be one of Asia’s largest Softgel manufacturing plants.
📌 Open Positions:
- • AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance)
- • IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- • Qualification & Validation – QA
- • QMS – QA
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure end-to-end quality compliance across manufacturing and packing operations.
• Execute IPQA activities, line clearance, and on-floor monitoring.
• Review and manage deviations, change controls, CAPA, internal audits, and market complaints under QMS.
• Review BMR, BPR, logbooks, and GMP documentation as per regulatory standards.
• Oversee document control, issuance, archival, and workflow approvals through DMS.
• Coordinate qualification & validation activities (equipment, utilities, processes).
• Conduct GMP, SOP, and compliance training for employees through LMS.
• Manage Stability & Control Sample Management as per protocol requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, data integrity, quality policies, and regulatory expectations.
🎓 Qualifications:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 3 to 12+ years in QA (Softgel / Oral dosage experience preferred)
Strong exposure to cGMP, documentation, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
💡 Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with QMS, DMS, LMS, and regulatory documentation.
