Tech Mahindra is hiring for Voice Process Executives. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who are fluent in English along with any one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers in regional languages and English
- Resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain good phone etiquette and customer satisfaction
- Update call details in the system
- Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates
- Follow shift timings, schedules, and maintain punctuality
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English + any regional language (Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Work Details:
- 5 working days with 2 rotational week offs
- Total login hours: 10 hours/day
- Production hours: 9 hours/day
