Job Description
- Receive and understand technology from the FnD department.
- Design optimization for process parameters and participate in trials at R&D.
- Transfer technology from R&D to the receiver’s site for respective products.
- Monitor TT demo, exhibit, scale-up, and optimization batches.
- Review technical information sheets, product details, raw materials, accessories, and equipment requirements for plant trials, SU, and exhibit batches.
- Propose and fix batch sizes (Demo, Scale-up, Exhibit, and Commercial) based on equipment capacity/qualification, scale-up factor calculations, and annual requirements.
- Participate in and observe the TT demo batch with FnD.
- Manage scale-up batches at manufacturing locations; prepare scale-up batch protocols, scale-up reports, MFC, sampling protocols, and risk assessments.
- Supervise exhibit batches at manufacturing locations and handle troubleshooting.
- Prepare summary reports.
- Investigate Deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) observed during SU/EB at the plant, and prepare responses to agency queries.
