1. Tablet Manufacturing Department:

• Ability to handle process like Dispensing, Granulation, Wruster Coating, Bottom Spray ,Pelletization Compression, Coating, SOPs preparation, well versed with ALCOA & GDP principles. QMS Manufacturing investigation , (OOS/OOT/Deviation/CAPA),Training.)

Position: Officer to Executive

• Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• No. of Vacant Position: 10
• Experience: 2 to 8 years

To Operate Granulation lines (RMG/FBD/FBP/Roll Compactor), Automatic Compression Machine (PLC/SCADA based Cadmach & Fluid Pack), Coating (Kevin & Gansons)
Position :Technical Associates (Operator)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma /BSc
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• No. of Vacant Position: 15

2. Tablet Packing Department:

• Should have sound knowledge in SOPs, BPR, Line Clearance, Daily formats &records, Manpower Handling GDP, GMP.
• Position: Officer to Sr. Officer
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSC
• No. of Vacant Position: 10
• Experience: 2 to 6 years

To Operate Blister Pack Machine ELMACH 3015 PDA machine/ IC 150C / WKH100 Cartonator machine/ Track and Trace machine with Temper Evident., CVC Primary & Secondary)
Position: Technical Associates (Operator)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma /BSC
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• No. of Vacant Position: 15

3. Quality Control Department: Should have sound knowledge in HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV spectrophotometer LCMS, OOS/OOT, Raw Material, Finished Product, Stability & Method Validation Analysis. Handling of other QC lab instruments like FTIR, KF, Auto titrator.

• Position: Officer to Asst Manager
• Qualification: BSC / MSC/B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
• Experience: 02 to 11 years
• No. of Vacant Position: 20

4. TTD Department: Should have sound knowledge of preparation of plan regarding transfer of process/product from R&D. Should have experience in preparing BMR & BPR of Exhibits as well commercials for solid oral liquids and tablets. Should have sound knowledge of process technology transfer from R&D to Plant.

Special consideration: Experience in solid oral liquid.

5.Engineering & Maintenance Department: Should Have Sound Knowledge related to Mfg Area (Osd, Injection), Plant Maintenance, Utility area.

• Experience: 2 to 6 years

Position: Technical Associates (Operator)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: 2 to 5 years

6.Packaging Development Department: (Should have sound knowledge in Art Work & Product Design)

• Position: Officer to Sr. Officer
• Qualification: Diploma /B.E – Printing & Packaging Technology
• No. of Vacant Position: 02
• Experience: 2 to 6 years.

7. Quality Assurance: Should have sound knowledge in IPQA (Tablet Packing & Liquid), Equipment Line Clearance / certification at manufacturing and packing stages. Sampling at various stages at manufacturing and packing, in-process checks, Master and Executed BMR/BPR review, APQR data entry, Audit Trail Review., Monitoring of cGMP compliance and SOP adherence.

8.Oral Liquid & Oral Dry Powder : Should have sound knowledge require in liquid batch/ bulk manufacturing, Filtration, homogenization, oral Liquid filling machine & dry powder filing machine, capping with torqueing machine, cap induction Machine, bottle labelling machine , air jet bottle cleaning Machine & QMS activity.
