Role & responsibilities
1. Ensure the calibration status of all temperature indicators, pressure gauges, & equipment is OK before starting the batch.
2. Charging of batches as per SOP.s & MPR.s
3. Operation of utility & process related valve as per SOP of PLC/SCADA
4. Batch processing (i.e., distillation, layer separation, Loading & Unloading of residue) as per MPR’s and SOP’s.
5. In-process sampling of solvent as per SOP.s.
6. Cleaning of equipment and manufacturing areas as per respective SOP.s & MPR.s.
7. Transferring, movement, labeling, & proper segregation of solvents and materials as per SOPs & MPR’s.
8. Online recording of MPR/TMPR, ECR, equipment cleaning & usage log book, & other related documents to production.
9. To follow the laid-down CGMP practices during manufacturing.
10. To attend on Job / SOP / Schedule training as per requirement.
11. Report to Shift in-charge if any kind of deviation / unsafe working condition is observed.
12. To resolve the maintenance work during the shift.
13. To follow Safety instruction & norms during any operation
