Position : Executive
Department : Sun Pharma Speciality Care.
1. Online Registration with Govt Procurement sites
2. Online Tender submission to all Govt/PSUs etc. which includes Railways, Defence, Port Trusts, Atomic Energy, CGHS/GMSD, HLL and PSUs like BHEL, BEL, SAIL, Govt Medical Colleges and Academic Institutions funded by state / Central Govt (for e.g. SGPGIMS, AIIMS, SCTIMST, TATA etc)
3. Documentation for Tenders Coordination with Commercial, Factory, Finance, Legal, Accounts etc
4. Processing of EMD/Security Deposit/ Bank Guarantee
5. Coordination with Field Key Accounts Managers & Institutional Stockists
6. Data Analysis – Sales, Tender participated, success ratio, Technical documents requirement, arranging L1 rates from KAM.
7. Fully through with Document Management System for a Govt Tender and timely renewal of such documents (coordination with Regulatory Affairs)
Selection Process: The selection will be on the basis of Interview.
