We have urgent requirement for Production Injectables Department with SP Accure Labs based @ Hyderabad Shamirpet Location.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate vial washing machine, autoclave, Teflon coating machine, filling machine, lyophilizer, injectable machine, isolator, sterile compounding machine.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of equipment to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet productivity goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (injectables) with a degree/diploma/B.Pharma or M.Pharma.
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery such as vial washers, autoclaves, filling machines etc.
