🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage site training activities via eLMS (Induction, Mandatory & Role-based)

✅ Drive TNI (Training Need Identification) & Annual Training Plan

✅ Conduct & track GMP, Technical, EHS & HR trainings

✅ Ensure compliance for audits & training documentation

✅ Collaborate with HODs, DTCs & Corporate Teams for training needs
