- Executive / Sr. Executive: 2–5 years experience (B.Sc. / M.Sc. only).
- Head QC: 12–17 years experience (B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / Ph.D.).
- Ast Manager QC: 8–10 years experience (B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm).
Production – Sterile
- Production Manager – LVP/ SVP: 10–15 years experience (B.Pharm).
Engineering
- Process Equipment / Water System / HVAC: 05–10 years experience (B.Tech / Diploma / ITI).
- Safety Officer: 2–5 years experience (Relevant safety certifications).
Quality Assurance – Sterile
- Qualification / Validation / QMS: 02–10 years experience (B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm).
Microbiology – Sterile
- Manager/ Ast Manager: 10–15 years experience (B.Sc / M.Sc Micro).
- Microbiologist: 1–5 years experience (B.Sc / M.Sc Micro).
