🎓 Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
💼 Experience: 1-14 Years

What You’ll Do
✅ Plan and execute multi-step organic synthesis of target compounds
✅ Conduct literature searches and design synthetic routes
✅ Optimize reactions and troubleshoot scientific challenges
✅ Interpret analytical data including NMR, LCMS, and HPLC
✅ Maintain high-quality scientific documentation and laboratory records
✅ Adhere to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and IPM guidelines
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Strong foundation in Organic Chemistry and Synthetic Chemistry
🔹 Experience in Medicinal Chemistry, CRO, CDMO, or Pharmaceutical R&D environments
🔹 Hands-on expertise in synthesis, purification, and compound characterization
🔹 Scientific curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and strong documentation skills
