Chemveda is conducting walk-in drive for the positions in Peptide team on 18 & 19 Feb 2025 from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Job Responsibilities:
Handling and monitoring of all kinds of basic peptide equipment and reactions (orbital shaker, manifold for the library synthesis, minimum of 3 AA couplings/day, CEM Peptide microwave synthesizer).
Understanding the names and structure of natural amino acid and corresponding single and three letter AA codes.
Handling various types of resins/peptide reagents/and cock tail for peptide formation and cleavages.
Synthesis of short and long peptide sequences by solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis, including linear, cyclic, and modified peptides.
Optimize synthesis protocols for higher yield, purity, and scalability.
Purify synthesized peptides using techniques such as reverse-phase HPLC or preparative chromatography.
Characterize peptides using analytical tools like LC-MS, HPLC, 1H NMR.
Maintain detailed experimental write up and ensure compliance with LNB regulations.
Should develop hands on experience in drawing the peptide structures by understanding single and three letter AA codes (specific to RA/SRA).
Should develop hands on experience in compiling the weekly update as per the given format whenever necessary (specific to RA/SRA).
On time completion of the project by delivering desired/requested qty and purity of peptides.
