Roles and Responsibilities
Operate reactors, distillation columns, centrifuges, hydrogenators, filtration equipment, and other production machinery to ensure efficient API manufacturing.
Monitor and control process parameters to meet quality standards and product specifications.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-7 years of experience in bulk drug or API production industry.
B.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical Engineering) degree from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of chemical processing principles, including distillation, filtration, hydrogenation, etc.
Proficiency in operating various types of equipment such as reactors, distillation columns, centrifuges, etc.
