Competencies :
- Operation of Power control and Motor control Centre
- Operation of Diesel Generator set
- Operation and Maintenance of UPS, distribution system.
- Basic repair of lab electrical equipment for Rotavapors, Stirrers, Chiller and vacuum pumps etc.,
- Assist Lab equipments technician during its repair and troubleshooting
- Maintain electrical readings, switching ON and OFF of assets during non-working hours.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, equipment inventory and service reports.
- Monitor shift activities
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Training shall be provided to the personnel on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems

We are conducting a walk-in drive for & warehouse Assistant April 15th to 18th Apr 2025 from 10 AM to 12 PM.
Title : Ware house Assistant
Roles and Resposibilities
- Receive incoming shipments of chemicals, reagents, consumables, and laboratory equipment, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Inspect materials for damage, proper labeling, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., hazardous material handling).
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Supervisor for resolution.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper segregation of chemicals (e.g., flammable, corrosive, or temperature-sensitive items).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items to prevent shortages for research projects.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials and equipment for delivery to laboratories or project teams based on internal requisitions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to support AR&D and discovery chemistry timelines.
- Handle special requests for urgent or high-priority materials with care and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as GMP, GLP, and OSHA, for storage and handling of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following housekeeping and safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining documentation for safety audits, including material safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or barcode scanners, safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining temperature-controlled storage areas (e.g., cold rooms, freezers) for sensitive materials.
- Work closely with procurement, laboratory, and supply chain teams to coordinate material availability and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues related to inventory or deliveries.
- Provide updates on inventory status or shipment delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, storage efficiency, or material handling processes.
- Assist in implementing new procedures or technologies to enhance warehouse operations.
- Support the adoption of just-in-time (JIT) or other inventory strategies to minimize waste.
