- Role: Assoc. Research Scientist / Research Scientist
- Department: Process Development
- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Process Chemistry / PhD – Organic Chemistry
- Experience: Must have 3- 6 Years experience only.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
- Synthetic chemistry & scale-up activities (NCEs & APIs)
- Impurity synthesis, process optimization & technology
transfer
- Strong background in Process Chemistry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of ROS, HAZOP, process safety & unit
operations
- Hands-on HPLC/GC, NMR, IR, LCMS experience
- Strong documentation & cross-functional collaboration
