Walk-in || Senior Chemist/JRA-Analytical Services (Bioanalytical & GEN)

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Analytical Services (Bioanalytical & GEN) Division and are seeking skilled professionals to join our team.

Position 1:

• Job Title: Senior Chemist / Junior Research Associate – HPLC/UPLC
• Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc. Biotechnology or equivalent

Experience: 1-4 Years

Key Skill Sets :

• 1-4 years of experience in handling large molecules, including peptides, oligonucleotides, and mAbs.
• Experience in aggregation studies using SECUV/RI and MALS, including method development and method validation.
• Experience in characterization of peptides, oligonucleotides, and mAbs using CD, IR, and DSC techniques.
• Experience in ionexchange (IEX) chromatography.
• Good awareness of GLP guidelines and laboratory safety procedures.

Position 2:

• Job Title: Senior Chemist / Junior Research Associate – Mass Spectrometry
• Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc. Biotechnology or equivalent
• Experience: 1-4 Years

Key Skill Sets :

• 1-4 years of experience in handling large molecules, including peptides, oligonucleotides, and mAbs.
• Method development, validation & verification for biologics in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analytical characterization & biosimilarity studies (Innovator vs Biosimilar) for mAbs and complex biologics
• Advanced analytical techniques: Analytical Chromatography (HPLC/UPLC/Ion-chromatography), Mass Spectrometry(Intact Mass, Peptide Mapping, Glycan profiling & PTM Analysis), UV, Circular Dichroism, Capillary Electrophoresis, SEC-MALS, FTIR, DSL, DLS, and orthogonal analytical platforms
• Data analysis, technical reporting & GLP/cGMPcompliant documentation
• Ensure adherence to ICH, FDA & EMA guidelines and support continuous improvement initiatives

Position 3:

• Job Title: Senior Chemist / Junior Research Associate – IC
• Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc Chemistry or equivalent
• Experience: 2-3 Years

Key Skill Sets :

• Handson operation of Ion Chromatography (IC) for analytical testing
• Method development, validation, verification, and method transfer using IC as per cGMP requirements
• Analysis of anion/cation content in Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), and excipients
• Instrument calibration and routine performance checks
• Compliance with GLP, GDP, and QMS procedures, including change controls, deviations, and incidents
• Support for Extractables & Leachables (E&L) anion analysis using IC
