1. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Production
Experience: 12–14 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm – Mandatory
Vacancy: 1 Position
Gender: Male
OSD Pharma Experience: Mandatory
Key Responsibility:
Responsible for overall production operations of Tablets, Capsules & Oral Liquids, achieving production targets as per PPIC plan, monitoring batch manufacturing, yield, productivity and process efficiency, ensuring cGMP, Schedule M, SOP and BMR/BPR compliance, coordinating with QA/QC/PPIC/Warehouse/Engineering, managing manpower and production schedules, handling deviations, investigations, RCA and CAPA, driving productivity improvement and wastage reduction, and leading the Production team effectively.
💰 Salary: As per candidate’s current in-hand salary & experience.
2. Production Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm – Mandatory
Vacancies: 5 Positions
• 4 – Tablets/Capsules
• 1 – Oral Liquids
Key Responsibility:
Responsible for day-to-day production operations, achieving production targets, supervising manufacturing activities for Tablets/Capsules/Oral Liquids, ensuring cGMP and SOP compliance, maintaining BMR/BPR and production documentation, coordinating with QA/QC/Engineering/Warehouse, monitoring yield and process efficiency, handling production deviations and breakdowns, minimizing wastage, and ensuring effective utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
💰 CTC: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month
