We’re looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join us as QC Analysts!
- 📌 Position: QC Analyst
- 👤 Experience: 2 to 4 Years
- 📚 Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc – Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry or relevant discipline
- 🏢 Department: Quality Control
🧪 Key Skills Required:
HPLC – Hands-on experience in operation and troubleshooting
GC – Gas Chromatography operation and maintenance
UV-Vis Spectrophotometry
Dissolution Testing, LOD by Oven/KF, pH, Water Content Analysis
Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and GMP compliance
Basic knowledge in QMS (change control, deviations, OOS/OOT handling, CAPA, etc.)
Experience with analytical method validation and instrument calibration
Familiarity with regulatory audit requirements (WHO, USFDA, MHRA, etc.)
✅ Responsibilities:
Perform routine & stability analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
Operate and maintain instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and Dissolution Tester
Document all activities in accordance with ALCOA+ and data integrity principles
Prepare/review SOPs, COAs, and analytical reports
Participate in QMS activities including investigations and CAPAs
