Formulation and Filling – Officer/Executive
- Operate and maintain vessels, filtration units, autoclaves, vial washing machines, and dehydrogenation tunnels while ensuring GMP compliance.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
Quality Control (Product Testing )- Officer/Executive :-
- Analyst shall be well versed with cell-based assays, Virus titration, RTPCR and immuno-chemical assays.
- Instrument knowledge on pH meter, Analytical balance, Karl Fischer, Real time PCR and ELISA
- The candidate should good knowledge & technical work experience in Bacterial vaccine In-Process, DS & DP testing, release & stability.
Plant Operator (Ampoule/Vial/PFS /Filling & Formulation)
- Operate aseptic equipment (washing, sterilization, filling, lyophilization) for ampoules, vials, and PFS, ensuring cGMP/GDP compliance.
- Record batch data, coordinate with QA/Maintenance, and support troubleshooting for sterile production.
