Key Responsibilities (During Training Period)
- Support user management activities as per IT and CSV SOPs
- Assist with user access activation, modification, reset, and deactivation
- Support preparation and maintenance of User Access Matrix and Privilege Rights Matrix
- Assist in applicationwise user access documentation
- Support preparation and periodic updates of IT SOPs
- Assist in software and system qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Support IT QMS activities such as Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Incidents, and SOP documentation
- Assist in backup and restoration activities
- Support audit preparation, periodic reviews, and compliance activities
- Learn CSV concepts, regulatory requirements, and IT compliance practices
- Coordinate with internal teams and report to senior members
