Key Responsibilities (During Training Period)

• Support user management activities as per IT and CSV SOPs
• Assist with user access activation, modification, reset, and deactivation
• Support preparation and maintenance of User Access Matrix and Privilege Rights Matrix
• Assist in applicationwise user access documentation
• Support preparation and periodic updates of IT SOPs
• Assist in software and system qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Support IT QMS activities such as Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Incidents, and SOP documentation
• Assist in backup and restoration activities
• Support audit preparation, periodic reviews, and compliance activities
• Learn CSV concepts, regulatory requirements, and IT compliance practices
• Coordinate with internal teams and report to senior members
