Please note that this FTE position requires working across multiple sites, with a 6 days as per the respective site policies.
1. HVAC Project Engineer:
- Designation: Fix Term Employee (FTE)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 56 years in HVAC system execution (Pharma/Hospital projects preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review HVAC designs, layouts, and BOQ specifications
- Supervise site execution with a focus on quality and safety
- Experience in AHU, ducting, insulation, piping, manifold, and ADP installation
- Basic knowledge of chiller, pump, and cooling tower systems
- Pharma plant validation and documentation experience is a plus
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and consultants
2. HVAC Project Technician
- Designation: Fix Term Employee (FTE)
- Qualification: ITI Fitter / Refrigeration
- Experience: 23 years in HVAC system execution .
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ducting, insulation, piping, manifold, and ADP installations
- Basic operational knowledge of AHU, chiller, pump, and cooling tower
- Pharma plant validation and documentation experience is an advantage
3. Electrical Project Engineer
- Designation: Fix Term Employee (FTE)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 68 years in electrical system execution (Pharma/Hospital projects preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review electrical layouts and BOQ specifications
- Oversee site execution with emphasis on safety and quality
- Experience in cable laying, DB installation, cable trays, earthing, lightning arresters, fire alarm, PA, CCTV, and other electrical systems
- Basic knowledge of transformer, DG set, UPS, electrical panels, and HT panels
4. Plumbing & Fire Hydrant Project Technician
- Designation: Full-Time Project Technician
- Qualification: ITI Fitter
- Experience: 4–6 years in plumbing, drainage, water supply, and fire hydrant system execution (Pharma/Hospital projects preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute plumbing and fire hydrant systems
- Experience in drainage and water supply systems
- Pharma project experience is an added advantage
