Injectable (Ahmedabad) | Interview at Dehradun and Panchkula.
Production.
Production: Shift In charge.
- Pharm / M. Pharm / B.E /B.Tech. with 6 to 10 years of experience supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave and Lyophilizer. Exposure ofmachine qualification activity will beadded advantage.
Production: Operator/FTE (Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping & Lyophilizer)
- Pharm/DME/ITI with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping, Lyophilizer.
Engineering.
Engineering: Process Maintenance – Operator:
Diploma/ITI with 1 to 6 Years of relevant experience in the maintenance & operations of HVAC, AHUs, Water System & handling of breakdown, Process maintenance, Instrumentation and calibration of Process equipment for Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
Packing.
Packing: Operator/FTE (Packing) D.Pharm/DME/ITI with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience in operations and trouble shooting packing line machine i.e Plunger insertion cum labeling, vial labeling, Blister, Cartonator, Track & Trace. Should have knowledge of challenge test and rejection handling.
Oral solid dosage (Baddi) | Interview at Dehradun.
Production:
Operator (Granulation/Compression/Coating & Inspection)
ITI having 1 – 5 Years of experience in operating pharma machines i.e. Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya), Compression machines (Fette, Korsch, Cadmac), Auto Coater (Kevin, Glatt, Ganson), Inspection (Enclony, Viswill, Sensum).
For all the positions, candidates should also have sound knowledge cGMP documentation and must be familiar with cGMP requirements.
