Job Description:
- Role Officer Quality Control/ Manufacturing Science – Analytical Lab Department (Fixed Term- Contract)
- Qualification M.Sc.
- Experience 2- 4 years in Pharmaceutical / Chemical Manufacturing plant
Responsibilities:
- To perform the analysis of in process, Raw Material, Packing Material, Intermediate samples.
- To prepare reagent indicator or standard volumetric solution and to perform standardization wherever required as per Standard Operating procedure and check for its stability.
- To maintain inventory of Glassware’s chemical, spares, consumable, and standards used in Quality control Laboratory.
- To maintain inventory, consumption, upkeeping of reference & working standards.
- To follow good documentation practices and Good Laboratory practices as per approved procedure.
- To provide support in GMP and ISO Audits.
- To prepare GMP documents required in the Quality Control Laboratory.
- To maintain cleanliness, personal and environmental safety practices during routine work in the laboratory
- To Provide Support in maintaining of 5S in QC Laboratory and support to GREEN LAB activities
- To assist in all administration activities and training
- To assist in departmental activities related to the EHS management system ISO.
Technical / Professional Competencies:
- Aware of GMP & Documentation.
- Good knowledge of API/Intermediate Plant Operations.
- Good communication skills.
- MS office
- Good Team Collaboration.
