Consulting with the Hiring Manager to understand organizational recruitment strategy
Agreeing on a recruitment mandate with the Hiring Manager
Searching for and approaching suitable candidates
Posting job ads to attract applicants
Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting process
Maintaining a lead database
Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
Working Days – Mon-Fri (Sat & Sun Off)
Mode of work – Onsite (Work from Office)

Required Skill Set
Bachelor’s degree/PGDM
