Roles and Responsibilities
Manage showroom operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Handle counter sales, consumer durables, consumer electronics, mobile phones, and other products with expertise.
Conduct KYC verifications for new customers and maintain accurate records.
Execute sales promotions to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience in retail or related field (preferably in a similar role).
Strong understanding of consumer durables, consumables, counter sales, mobile sales, and showroom sales principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
