- Lab Techniques: Proficiency in TLC, Column Chromatography, Recrystallization, and Purification techniques.
- Analytical Tools: Basic understanding of NMR, HPLC/LCMS, and reaction monitoring.
- Industry Tools: Familiarity with ChemDraw, SciFinder, and general industry-standard software.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
